People don’t think about how different Google Docs and Microsoft Office are. Google Docs has a great way of saving your documents. As soon as you are using Google Docs it automatically saves your work the minute you’re writing it, so your work will never get erased. In Microsoft Office if you accidently exit out, all your work will be deleted. Also if your computer decides to freeze on you or die you can be positive about having your work saved. Microsoft Office doesn’t let you share your work like Google Docs does with other Google Docs users.

Google Spreadsheet and Microsoft Excel do basically the same thing but have some differences. For example Google Spreadsheet is free and reliable and on the other hand you would have to pay for Microsoft Excel. On Google Spreadsheet you get to share your work with only Google Drive users and Microsoft Excel lets you share with anyone. But on the bright side Microsoft Excel has plenty more features then Google Spreadsheet has, and Excel also finds a way to organize your data much easier.

Google Presentation and Microsoft Presentation have their differences also. For example you can only share your work with Google drive users once again. Google Presentation and Microsoft PowerPoint you have the options of sharing with anyone. Google Presentation allows you to select any theme you want once it has been already opened, and Microsoft PowerPoint doesn’t. Microsoft PowerPoint does have more features than Google Presentation does. Also has more options then Google Presentation have.
